  Only 1 girl running driveup window and counter. Right as we walked up to counter she threw her hands up and yelled I'm sick of this. Looked back in the kitchen to see 1 older man and to top it off he wasn't wearing gloves!!! I watched him organizing the buns and touching each one. We still decided to order. I ordered then asked why the cook wasn't wearing gloves? She didn't have the courtesy to even answer me!! After our order was taken she yelled back and told him to put his gloves on. Waited 10 minutes to get our order and we were only ones in line! Sat down and eating, meat was burnt and dry and cold! Ketchup for fries was watered down! Never had that happen before! As we ate we actually heard the cook say he was going to pee. Geez! As we left i looked back and once again he wasn't wearing gloves!!! We will never return! Oooo and sidewalks weren't shoveled! Had to walk through a ton of snow! Never had an experience like this at a fast food NO MANAGER WAS ON SITE!!
